Used Auto Detailing service. Rated the service a 3 after getting car back due to a bad smell in the car. It didn’t go away after a few days so I took it back in and advised Albert of th problem. He immediately got into car and found what was causing the smell. He had me bring the car back in and they spent a lot of time redoing the interior and replaced the cabin filter all at no additional cost to me. When they delivered the car back to me it was odor free and smelled like a new car. Would recommend their service to everyone.

They always do an outstanding job on the vehicles I have them detail. I have a dog that travels with me, we basically live on the road. We had the full detail package done and wow! Our minivan looks better than it did the day we bought it. Seriously. No detailed was missed. The two car seats were even washed! We didn't realize how dirty it was but it looks better than new now. Smells great too 😃

It took a few hours but it was worth the wait. I had it done while I was working so didn't need to worry about sitting around waiting at a car wash. Highly recommend!!!

They did a great job on my Acura and I am pretty picky. They use all the right products so I don’t have any sticky, oily residue. I travel with my dogs daily and they tend to get my car pretty dirty, not to mention the window art. I can now get my car detailed weekly and keep it maintained. The bonus part is that I don’t have to Uber back and forth just to drop it off. They come pick it up from my work and bring it back before I leave so I am not inconvenienced! This is exactly what I have been looking for and I know they will take care of my car always.

I was initially unhappy with my repair but Chris (Altus, Ok) and Justin (Vernon, Tx) corrected everything to my satisfaction. I gave them a 5 star rating because this repair was done some time ago but was still corrected under the warranty from them. Both Chris and Justin went out of their way to ensure that the repair was done right and more importantly that the customer was happy. Kudos Guys!

"If you shop at the Vernon Walmart, you may see my gentle giant time to time working his tail off! He's a senior in high school; finished his studies early and is currently waiting to walk the stage in May. I may be biased but he is a precise, and diligent hardworking young man, minds his business, has his own place, car, attends work, clean record, pestures his younger siblings, and would give the shirt off his back to a stranger. On Friday, October 28 he went for an interview at Epic Auto Collision and Appearance, was offered a two week trial position. He showed up on time this morning and was told by the owner Chris Slaydon that he had to rescind the job offer because his "master painter" Jose Lopez Jr. refused to work due to Octavian being hired. The master painter is his biological father who has avoided any responsibility of being a father, rejected a relationship with him the past 19 years, and has always been a jerk towards him when seen in public. All my son was trying to do was get his foot in the door to a body shop and maybe one day be in the industry and better himself. His father and I have our differences but that should've never been a reason to rescind a job offer especially by a man who portrays to support the students of this community. Discrimination based off of DNA he didn't ask for is ridiculous!
